Qatar Airways launched its direct flight to Danang with a series of events and promotional activities.The Accordingly, the airline sought Pioneer’s professional support to help establish a relationship and engage with relevant local stakeholders to pave the way and secure necessary paperwork and authorities’ facilitation for the campaign.

Leveraging our local expertise and connection, Pioneer arranged the following aspects:
- Approval, planning and execution for the inaugural flight and ceremonies at Danang International Airport – VIP terminal (working with Danang Tourism Board, Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Airports Corporation of Vietnam, the Vietnamese People’s Air Force, Danang Customs, etc.)
- Stakeholder invitation, planning and execution of ceremonies and gala dinner with attendance from high-profile government officials.
- Approval, planning and execution for Press conference and various media activities
- Media relations and facilitation of famtrip
- Resulted in smooth proceedings of all events, coorperation from authorities and government bodies, and 63 stories on the launch including a report in the national Prime-time VTV1 19h00 Bulletin News program.
