Giang Khu works at the intersection of policy, government, and business, drawing on her experience at the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council to help multinational companies navigate complex regulatory environments and translate policy developments into actionable business strategies.
With a strong understanding of Vietnam’s regulatory landscape, Giang is particularly adept at monitoring legislative and policy developments, interpreting their implications, and providing clients with clear, practical guidance. Her familiarity with inter-ministerial consultation processes and regulatory drafting cycles enables her to identify emerging policy trends early and help organizations anticipate regulatory change.
At the U.S.-ASEAN Business Council, Giang supported leading U.S. multinational corporations operating in Vietnam, advising on regulatory and legislative developments across a range of sectors. She contributed to policy submissions, technical briefs, and advocacy initiatives as part of formal consultation processes with government authorities. She also cultivated strong working relationships across key ministries and coordinated high-level engagements between multinational executives and government stakeholders, serving as a trusted bridge between the private and public sectors.
Since 2023, Giang has independently researched artificial intelligence governance and regulatory frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Her work has focused on Vietnam’s emerging AI legislation and ASEAN’s evolving governance architecture, alongside international frameworks such as the EU AI Act and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework.
Giang holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Vietnam National University. She is fluent in English and French and has working proficiency in Spanish.
